When an advertising agency creates an advertisement, what factors need to be considered? What questions do they need to ask to create an effective advertisement? Explain your response.
1. The actual buyer
Considering the actual buyer helps in determining where this buyer is likely to be reached. Marketing campaigns are therefore tailored according to the preferences of these actual buyers and publicized in places where they live, shop or are found.
For example, if an advertisement is meant for car owners, it would be effective to advertise at gas stations or near a garage.
It is also important to consider the channel/medium to publicize the marketing campaign. If the target audience is targeted over certain social media platforms, a campaign must be tailored to fit such social media platforms. For example, an advertisement through YouTube is most effective in video form.
